• Trees are planted twice a year in the spring and the fall. Spring tree selection must be made by March 15th and Fall tree selection must be selected by September 15th.)

 • The Program Fee is $500.00, which includes installation, placard, and materials. Payment is due in full when the application is submitted.

 • Tree care will be provided by the Eaton Area Park and Recreation District. Tree replacement is guaranteed for two (2) years from time of planting. (Replacement trees, if needed, will be comparable to trees originally planned.
