Training 1-on-1 with a nationally Certified Personal Trainer will help you stay accountable and provide they motivation and encouragement you need to get started on your fitness journey or go to the next level in your training. Choose from the following 1-hour packages (these can be completed in 30- or 60-minute sessions) to add variety to your current fitness plan and reach your specific goals!

Life is always more fun in pairs! Participants in 2-on-1 sessions should have similar fitness goals for our trainers to develop a comprehensive program. Buddy training allows for additional accountability and motivation to stay on track and obtain your goals.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY: Personal Training sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If sessions are discontinued for medical reasons, please contact the Wellness Coordinator at 970.502.3755 to discuss your options.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour notice is required for cancellations of all EAPRD Personal Training sessions. Appointments cancelled without notice may be charged at the trainer’s discretion.
EAPRD Fitness Mezzanine
Our upper level fitness mezzanine includes a walking track (11 laps = 1 mile), fitness studio, over 30 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, Olympic lifting and free weight space, functional space, 5 cable machines, and over 12 Nautilus One selectorized-strength machines.
