Donation Request Information

Thank you for your interest in requesting a donation from the Eaton Area Park & Recreation District (EAPRD). We are proud to support our community through charitable contributions and partnerships.

Donation types may include:

• Punch passes
• Guest passes
• Swag items (as available)

Limitations:

• One donation request per organization per calendar year
• Requests for employee incentives may receive up to 20 guest passes
• Silent auctions and fundraisers may receive limited pass packages and/or swag
• All requests must be submitted through this form and will be reviewed within 3–4 business days.
• If approved, all guest passes must be used within one year of the issue date.

We appreciate the work you do in our community and will carefully consider each request based on available resources and alignment with our mission.
