Get your athlete in the game with our Lil’ Hoopsters Basketball program! With leagues for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade, this coed program offers a fun and supportive environment where kids can learn the basics of basketball while building teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Throughout the season, teams will practice once a week using age-appropriate drills and games designed to develop both individual skills and team play. Practices will be held at the Eaton Area Community Center or local school gyms, and all games will take place at the Community Center on Saturdays. After registration closes, team rosters and practice schedules will be shared via the Team Sideline app, making it easy for families to stay up-to-date with team communication, game times, and any schedule changes. All teams are coached by parent volunteers. We welcome and encourage parents to sign up to coach during registration! We’ll provide all the tools and resources you need to run fun, effective practices and help your team grow. There will be no practices or games Thanksgiving week.
