River Aerobics

Looking for a high intensity water workout? Join our half-hour or river aerobics class for a cardio and strength training workout. This class utilizes the assistive and resistive properties of the rivers current to make for a dynamic and fun workout.

Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00a.m. -9:30a.m.

Tuesday 6:30p.m. - 7:00p.m.

River Aerobics is included with an EACC membership or a day pass.
